ActivitiesI led the complete design and development of the platform, collaborating closely with 3D artist and illustrator Roberto Miroddi, who created the brand’s visual universe through custom illustrations and CGI scenes. My work encompassed UX and UI design, shaping everything from user flows to final interfaces, while also crafting custom iconography and visual elements that harmonized with Roberto’s 3D visual identity. I developed an immersive WebGL introduction to create a strong first impression. On the technical side, I handled both front-end and back-end development, including building a fully custom WordPress CMS. Additionally, I created user dashboards, interactive maps, event sections, and detailed views of cask data, ensuring the platform was optimized for mobile devices and high performance across all screens.

Scask aimed to establish itself as a trusted and aspirational brand within a niche, discerning market. The challenge was to present the unfamiliar concept of purchasing a full cask of whisky or rum in a way that was both simple and engaging. It was essential to build trust through elegant design and interactive elements, while integrating complex data—such as location, alcohol content, and aging projections—without overwhelming the user. Ultimately, the goal was to create a complete digital touchpoint that could convey the physical and emotional nature of the product.
